Welcome to Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health!

Our mission is to provide junior faculty members with the guidance and resources to transition from completing clinical or postdoctoral work into building a successful independent, interdisciplinary scientific career focusing on women's health research. We are supported by Grant no. K12 HD055884 from the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

The span of research topics addressed by BIRCWH scholars - both women and men - is broad and deep. Our strength is aligning support resources and close contact with the research community with our scholars' strengths and intentions.
